Cara Beth holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and has over 10 years of teaching experience in mathematics and science at the high school level. She specializes in using nutrition to support cognitive and mental wellness at every stage of life.
Lesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Dalhousie University and a Diploma in Natural Nutrition from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, where she also serves as an instructor at the Moncton branch.
