Family Therapist
As an educator, counselling therapist and equine-assisted mental health practitioner, Cara Beth brings with her an abundance of knowledge, experience and understanding to individual, group and family dynamics. Cara Beth holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and has over 10 years teaching experience in mathematics and science at the highschool level. Cara Beth is passionate about helping others in many different aspects of life and values the working relationship between therapist and client.
